What Are You Looking For?
We provide nickel plating and electrolytic polishing services to enhance the corrosion resistance and surface precision of metal components (e.g., hydrogen storage equipment parts).
Product description

Nickel plating refers to covering a durable and corrosion-resistant coating on steel and other metal substrates, and its corrosion resistance is 20% to 25% higher than that of zinc plating. Nickel-plated items are aesthetically pleasing, clean, and not prone to rust.

The electroplated nickel layer has high stability in air, extremely fine crystallization, and excellent polishing performance. Its relatively high hardness can improve the wear resistance of the product surface, making it widely used in the plating of various industrial equipment.

In electrolytic polishing, the workpiece to be polished is used as the anode and an insoluble metal as the cathode. Both electrodes are immersed in an electrolytic cell simultaneously, and a direct current is applied to generate selective anodic dissolution, thereby achieving the effect of increasing the surface brightness of the workpiece.
