Green hydrogen synthesis of ammonia mainly uses solar energy, wind power and other new energy sources to provide electricity for water electrolysis to produce green hydrogen, which is then compressed to a high pressure of about 30MPa by a compressor, and synthesized into ammonia gas in a high-temperature furnace (400-500℃) with high-pressure nitrogen produced by air separation under the action of iron-based catalysts. The generated ammonia gas is rapidly liquefied to form liquid ammonia under the action of cooling equipment. After that, the impurities in it are removed by separation and purification equipment to obtain liquid ammonia with a purity of more than 99.5%.
