The largest power diaphragm hydrogen compressor in China's hydrogen filling field was successfully developed

Recently, the largest diaphragm hydrogen compressor with the highest power in China's hydrogen filling field has been successfully developed. This equipment is the largest diaphragm compressor in terms of displacement, shaft power and piston force in the domestic hydrogen filling field with an exhaust pressure of 22MPa. When the intake  pressure reaches 1.1MPa, the displacement exceeds 2000Nm³/h. Its maximum shaft power is 318kW, the motor power can reach 355kW, and the maximum comprehensive piston force is 20 tons. This technological breakthrough not only improves the efficiency of my country's hydrogen filling equipment, but also promotes the continuous advancement of my country's hydrogen filling technology, and lays a solid foundation for the widespread application of hydrogen energy.

During the R&D phase of this product, the technical staff adopted a number of new technologies, and realized the unattended operation and one-button start and stop operation of the compressor, which improved the convenience and safety of operation, reduced labor costs, and improved production efficiency. At present, the trial run of the diaphragm hydrogen compressor of this project has been successfully completed and will be delivered to customers in the future.
