The pneumatic booster pump uses a single air-controlled unbalanced gas distribution valve to achieve the pump's reciprocating motion. It is made entirely of aluminum alloy and stainless steel, and all seals are imported high-quality products. The maximum design driving air pressure is 10 bar. To ensure the pump's lifespan, it is recommended that the driving air pressure be ≤8 bar .
This series of pumps features a 160mm diameter drive piston and is a single- acting pump . All single-acting pump heads are equipped with exhaust cooling. They are primarily used in applications requiring only high output air pressure, without demanding specific flow rates. The maximum output pressure can reach 80MPa, and it can boost various gases, such as commonly used nitrogen, air, carbon dioxide, oxygen, hydrogen, and various inert or rare gases. Driven by ordinary compressed air, the drive mechanism is lubrication-free, and the high-pressure cylinder heads are equipped with their own cooling systems to prevent the effects of high temperatures from the high pressure.
