China's first heavy-haul railway hydrogen refueling station has achieved a cumulative hydrogen refueling volume exceeding 10,000 kilograms.
As of April 16, the cumulative hydrogen refueling volume at the Batuta Hydrogen Refueling Station, operated by Guohua Investment’s Western Inner Mongolia Branch and China’s first heavy-haul railway hydrogen station, has exceeded 10,000 kilograms. This milestone marks a phased achievement in the scaled application of hydrogen energy in China’s heavy-haul railway sector.

As a key demonstration project of Guohua Investment's hydrogen energy industry layout, this hydrogen refueling station is located in the Haileshao South Station within Yijinhuoluo Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia. With a daily refueling capacity of 500 kilograms, it provides hydrogen refueling services for China’s high-power hydrogen-powered shunting locomotives and zero-emission overhead line maintenance vehicles powered by "hydrogen fuel cells + lithium battery power systems."
